Would you like for your vacations to turn into a disaster? STAY HERE IF YES! As shown in pictures, the hotel thinks this is an acceptable room. In my opinion, this is a biological hazard Staff is nice, but this is disgusting and owners should be ashamed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is THE WORST hotel resort I’ve EVER been to. Mold everywhere in the room, in the pool, in the bathrooms. Cockroaches around the pool area and eating area; live ones too. The line to eat is always long. The roof of the hotel rooms are literally falling off. DO NOT stay here. You won’t get your money back either. Service is the worst there as well, our room in general was NOT AT ALL like the pictures on Expedia. Save your money, don’t go here.

When I booked to stay here I thought it was a nice place because of the pictures. But when we got here rooms were dirty, No Ac, mattress full of mold. Call them several times to fix the AC never came out until the last day never came out to clean our room. We stayed 4 days not satisfied with the Customer Service and mind you food is trash. Only 1 bar for the whole hotel and 1 bartender poor guy serving all these people like have some consideration for them. Overall I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Place is outdated need to upgrade if you want people to become members! My question is where does all the money go if you say you have a lot of people that are members???? Only giving you 1 Star

Pictures on web site do match with the hotel. Check in was very slow. Key, tv remote and a/c was broken and put together with tape. Bathroom windows were broken in the shower area. Humidity kept going in the room so a/c hard to keep up Literally had to hang toilet paper on the window so, the rooms next to would not be able to see in as we shower. There were lizards insides our room. The out side of oit room had some type of bug build up on the wall it was huge. The hotel in general needs a lot of up keep. Buffet was very poor. Not many variety of food. Drinks poorly made in bar areas. Any question I asked for information I would be directed to the lobby whic was very very far from room and down hill. And every time i made it to the lobby theyy would tell me they didn't knkw and direct me somewhere else and sometimes it would be very very far up hill. Definitely this is not a hotel I would come back to. It needs a lot of work when it comes to the building it self and it doesn't seem like they are doing anything to improve it. I did take pictures of everything if needed.

No era lo que yo imaginaba después de ver la información del hotel y las reseñas. Mi habitación requería mucho mantenimiento y tenía un olor a humedad muy fuerte. Por otra parte, era complicado moverse por el hotel, subir, bajar, llegar a las habitaciones, ir al restaurante o las albercas. El lugar es lindo, pero complicado para desplazarse en él, especialmente para personas adultas mayores o sin condición física para subir escaleras o calles empinadas.
