"Picked imbali as a good place for a short 3 day safari. Food portions were large and of good quality . There are some areas where the wood at the lodge and around the property need some replacement but overall didn’t detract from a lovely setting . Watering hole for elephants is directly opposite the restaurant area so good for breakfast and lunch . Safari drives were good and Jayden did a great job for us . Would have been nice to have a transfer from local airport Skukuza included in the cost...

"Luxury lodge in a beautiful, well stocked private part of the Kruger. The ranger and tracker staff were outstanding and so every safari (3 mornings, 3 evenings and a walking safari) were each wonderful and all different. Having safaried before in Kenya and Zimbabwe, this was by far the best experience. Great food and other interesting guests just added to the overall experience."

"Wow. Wir durften vier Tage über Weihnachten 2022 in der Kubu Lodge verbringen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Manfred und Nicole haben eine wunderbare Unterkunft erschaffen, die einen den Busch fühlen lässt. Viel Komfort, tolles Essen, aber bodenständig. Der Staff ist super, offen und witzig. De fan kan alleen maar gardven heel hard wat erg hard waait als je ligt te slapen . We vonden t zwembad in verhouding met de aantal huisje best klein . En deze kan wat love and care gebruiken . "
