"We had a great time..staff were very helpful and were quick to respond to our needs. The place offered other fun stuff to do and had 3 pools (although 1 was being treated during our stay); we utilized one of the pools as alternative to the beach when it got too hot. Breakfast choices were great, coffee could be better. My son loved the orange juice."

"This hotel is terrible , towel rack broken , toilet clogged, room very dirty, mirror inside the washroom & in the the bedroom as well The Spool water coloured green !!! Im sure its full if algae I was wodering if they passed the Health inspection I came in 15 minutes before check in time & the receptionist dont allowed me to check in so I told her I am hotelier & we allowed early check in even as early as noon if the room is ready No matter how cheap or expensive or STAR of the hotel property cleanliness is the nimber one and the staff This hotel is run down and need renovations."

"Location was great. Right on the beach. Staff was great. Getting there a challenge. Book someone to assist you. This is a family hotel. Not the best for singles or younger people. Lots of kids. Only 3 pool loungers but covered in families with lots of young kids. Morning buffet not great but gives you something to start the day. The room I booked wasn’t available the day I arrived so was put in a different room. They didn’t inform me- just wrote it on the paperwork they asked me to sign. I had to bring it up. So I had to change rooms on the 2nd day. But it still wasn’t ready after 3pm. They did allow a late checkout on my last day to compensate which I really appreciated."

"I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars or rate this place twice. Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel/resort in Boracay, and I cannot recommend it enough. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Villa Caemilla made it feel truly unforgettable from beginning to end. Even before arriving, their team was already incredibly attentive and proactive. They reached out to ask if I needed assistance arranging transportation from the airport, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free from the very beginning (and I highly recommend taking advantage of that service). From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with absolutely anything. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay. The level of service, attentiveness, hospitality, cocktails, and food was simply outstanding and beyond anything we expected. What truly makes this place special is the people. Special thanks to Geline, Aaron, Driggs, Razel, Caloi, Mark, Paul, Samantha, Daniel and R for making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond in every interaction and truly embodied what exceptional customer service should look like. Their level of customer obsession and genuine care is on another level. Thank you, Villa Caemilla, for such an amazing experience."

Henann Palm Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Henan Palm Beach was everything as advertised. If you are flying into Caticlan I would strongly recommend purchasing the transfer directly from Henan as the airport is very small and it gets really hectic exiting. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 11 year old and we got picked up by a bus at airport taken to the boat transfer and transferred to another bus once you get to Boracay. We had no issues with the check in and the grounds were very clean. Staff was always very friendly and professional especially the staff at the morning buffet. We never had issues as security was very vigilant in keeping us safe from any outsiders entering the property. We really enjoyed the sky pool and Henan Palm Beach is located in Station 2 and imo they had the beach with minimal seaweed. It wasn't overly crowded compared to Station 3 properties closer to DMall. Everything is within walking distance as you can explore the many shops and amazing restaurants Boracay beach has to offer. I would definitely recommend doing the Island hopping as my boys swam in the underground coves and we cliff jumped and visited Puka Beach with a little bit of snorkeling. Remember to always negotiate as the first price is never the best price but this is their livelihood so be reasonable. Our private day boat cost us 4000 pesos for us 4 which did not include food or entry to the islands. You can also walk outside the resort if you need to do laundry which is a lot cheaper than doing with Henan. 5 star"
