Closed hotel

Worst experience i had, show up for check in and on the door it says hotel is closed for renovation and never was informed at all, left without a hotel called around and everything was booked up

Upon 1st arriving, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Hot tub broken. Restaurant closed.

Front desk staff was super nice! Towels were a little old and worn and the area next to the pool was a little sad with 3 round, plywood tables. However, the beds were comfy and it was quiet, so overall it was a nice stay.

Pros: Location was great for downtown, desk attendants were very friendly and attentive, poolside room was adequate but needed updating and could use a new wax ring on the toilet (tippy when sat upon). Cons: Pool had a pad lock on gate so apparently was unavailable and the hot tub was empty and not in service. Continental breakfast was not a thing- you could request a brown bag breakfast if interested. If you used the Skyway ramp you had to call the desk attendant for admittance and at night it was scary to walk on the skyway because of all the homeless people camping out in the ramp.

This hotel was probably in its heyday maybe 25 years ago, but doesn't look like any maintenance has been done since then. It's pretty rundown and very expensive for what you get.

The location was great for the event we were attending and close to restaurants. The lady who checked us into our room was VERY unwelcoming and not friendly at all!!
