「This is most probably the best hotel to stay at in Tiruchendur. The place is a new, beautiful, and safe. (Not that there is any safety concerns in Tiruchendur, but credit goes to the hotel to have the entire premises in a gated area with huge walls.) The staff members were very nice, courteous, and helpful. This is where I would stay when I come back to Tiruchendur.」

「This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. 「I must commend the manager and his team for keeping the property clean and well maintained. The staff members are very polite and treat their guests well. The food is also good at the restaurant. Overall, the team makes every effort to make the stay comfortable. 」
