Personnel très sympathique autant à l'accueil qu'au petit déjeuner et au depart. Hôtel propre, parking dans la cour, buffet petit déjeuner très bon avec produits locaux. Très bonne expérience.

Vasat bir otel,hijyenik değil fayanslar sararmış durumda,oturduğunuz koltuk sararmış yattığınız yatakta çarşafı tel tokatyla sabitlemişler. Karşılama desen suratları 5 karış personeller garip garip tripler. Oda servisine ulaşmak için 5 kere aramanız gerekiyor. Tavsiye edilecek hiç bir yanı yok,benim için ani bir rezervasyondu, tekrar bu hataya düşmem.

Trés deçu dans l'ensemble.

Mise en garde aux touristes Je suis arrivé a 20h00 en famille etonné de voir qu'a la reception l'hotesse ne parlais pas anglais donc probleme dans les echanges pour un hotel 4 étoile trés surprenant j'ai donc payér 800 euros pour 4 chambres un prix raisonnable. La cerise sur le gateaux c'est lors de mon depart le receptioniste et le Directeur me demandent de patienter pour etablir ma facture. Ensuite ils me disent que je leur dois 1700 lira turc(170 €) en me disant qu'on etait 9 personnes au lieu de 8 . Ce qui n'etait pas justifié puisqu'on etait bien 8 donc il annule et nous demande 70 lira turc pour avoir utilisé le bar des chambre ce qu'on a jamais fait puisqu'on a pris des photos avant, ils etaient bien embeté alors ils nous ont fait patienter pour nous dire vous nous devez 80 lira turc parce que vous avez abimé les serviettes de l'hotel avec du maquillage et là j'ai compris l'escrocrie qui consiste a vous faire payer des services que vous n'utilisez pas. Alors faites attention le bars des chambres restent chére pour les qques boissons et friandises environs 45 euros si vous l'utilisé. Par contre le personnel des cuisines etaient vraiment sympa.Le seul bémol c'est que le petit dejeuner etait identique tous les jours. L'hotel etait presque vide et pas d'animation. La piscine est très bien avec un service hotellier ce qui est positif. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais nous avons eu 2 chambres avec des climatisation défectueuse n'hesitez pas a demandé de changer de chambre.

Büyük Saruhan otelden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle çalışanlar konusundaki memnuniyetimiz çok yüksek. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve diğer tüm çalışanlar işlerini çok iyi yerine getiriyor. Temizlik çok iyi. Hizmet çok güzel. Memnuniyetle çevreme tavsiye edeceğim bir otel.

Her şey ne amaçla kalacağınıza bağlı.

Günlük evde kaldınız mı bilmiyorum lakin ben çok kaldım :) Manisa'ya sürekli tatile gittiğim için günlük ev kiralamalarından çok üstte çalışanlar düzgün, Bir tatil otel'i değil konaklama ihtiyacını gidermek için çok uygundur. Şöyle ki etkinlik bulamazsınız açık büfe'de seçenek çok az, Ama aç kalmazsınız doyarsınız. Elexus Otel ile kıyaslarsam eğer 1-10 gibi bir değer kalır. Ama şu çok önemli ki, Saruhanın önüne bir tane lüks bir otel yapılmakta 100 metre kadar yakınına, Orası yapıldığı vakit saruhanın ciddi bir değişime gitmesi gerekecek, Ya da fiyatları düşürmesi gerekecek.Çünkü sadece eski olan bina değil aynı zamanda hizmetteki olanaklar da eski zamandan kalma. Ama az hizmet verse de bunu en iyi şekilde vermeye çalıştıklarını söyleyebilirim. Çalışanlar saygılı, güler yüzlü. Konaklama ihtiyacım olursa ben tercih ederim, lakin eğlenme ihtiyacı ve tatil ihtiyacımı gidermekse amaç oraya bakmam bile.

Good hotel with a good restaurant and service

Very friendly staff. Good restaurant on site. easy access to shops and centre of town. Slightly run down in terms of decor but perfectly acceptable. We went back to the restaurant with a large group.

Hotel Staff is amazing!!!

Hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful. There was a miscommunication between Orbitz and hotel caused a delayed check in however staff handled perfectly.
