Not clean or sanitary. My granddaughter, who stayed there, saw avrident. She didn't there to eat breakfast there.

It takes almost 30 minutes to check confirmation of the booking but our stay is good.

Unexpected Disappointment
Disappointed, the ambiance and comfort zone wasn't good. reception service need to undergo training due to luck of endorsement to the next staff on duty. check-out time must be the prescribed time. ( I am not happy with the services, specially the cleanliness, the food containers like dirty trays and dishes should have the specific trolleys. during my stay they just put/drop it on the floor.)

hotel staff nice friendly,..food good ,..rooms small ,..but clean ,..ok for tight budget ,..streets,..a pig pen,..smell ,.rats show up,..not just 3-4-5 ,..+++ at midnight on the street ,.crazzy ! ,..hide your wallet

Uncomfortable Noisy hotel
Toilet and shower not functioning properly. I complain two times one, nothing happen without promise. Was too noisy. I have to yell a staff who was using Radio for communication to shut the radio at 7 am so my son could sleep. Found cockroach in toilet area which I have to kill. It remain noisy until 2 am.

Aweful Hotel in a reaally dirty area
First the room didnt look anything like the photos and when i complained they say I booked standard room I said i booked according to the picutre i saw they said they dont have any other types of room available now, Second that hotel is more of a Fu**andGo hotel, People usually a man and a sex worker go there book a room for a few hours finish thier businesses and leave, The surronding area is so dirty full of rats, cocoroaches and homeless people, it smells so bad, room has no windows so you dont actually know if it light or dark outside

Can be a great stay if improved..
Lobby looks alright and welcoming. The girls in the reception are friendly and helpful. WiFi did not work for my almost two week stay and I told them several times... Lightning in the room I had was weak and too white/cold. Cleaners need to be trained and equipped better to clean, they don't clean the room or toilet properly; They're not using gloves for the toilet, they're not using different and proper rags for main room and toilet. The toilet seats are cleaned quickly with a tooth brush.. They're not wet wiping surfaces with a clean rag, just a quick dry wipe of the table in the main room. At least there was hot water. Room service was in general good and quick, but the menu could be improved. The chicken sandwich didnt even contain a table spoon of chicken. I asked them to get me a taxi at a certain time in advance, but they didn't request one until that time which delayed me 20min to my next destination.

Good services offered during my stay.
The room if okay though I was wondering why there are lots of mirrors (in the ceiling and wall). Bathroom/restroom is very neat. The staffs are very pleasing.

hôtel au milieu d'un quartier affreux et puant. le matelas est aussi dur que si vous dormirez à même le sol. la WiFi est inexistante. mise à part les employés qui sont polis évitez cet hôtel.

Hotel next to Mosque, ANNOYING.
It should be noted that this hotel is adjacent to a Mosque. Had I known that I would NOT have stayed here. Being "Called to Prayer" at 4 am, 5 am 6 am 7 am, noon, up until 7 pm at night by the Wailing, EXTREMELY LOUD was NOT my idea of peaceful enjoyment of the accommodations. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The interior of the hotel including the rooms was good. Breakfast included was delivered to the room within minutes of a call to the front desk. Sadly, I would NOT go back to this hotel as it was not comfortable being woken up by the Wailing of the Mosque next door.

hotel staat midden in een moslim wijk en om de paar uur worden er gebeden door de luidsprekers gegalmd ook s'nachts. elke dag moet je opnieuw vragen om je ontbijt en meerdere keren per dag smeken om schone handdoeken schoonmakers werken in de nacht en rijden constant met hun karretje door de gang dit dendert erg door ,door de plavuizen vloer en ook schuiven van de meubels gaat met veel kabaal. wifi in hotel werkt nauwelijks tot niet buiten lopen de ratten door de straat omdat het vuil er zo neer gegooit wordt
