「The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island...

「當天有點悶，開房間冷氣，聲音較吵，另外單人床很小，床鋪太軟，房間外有亭子，內有桌椅適合放鬆聊天，當天晚到，吧台已關門，但櫃台人員仍然願意特別服務，還不錯！」

「I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.」

「Loved this resort! So remote but next to town which was great! The only way to transport to town was taxi and everything here is pricey but the resort itself was beautiful. We really didn’t need to see the other beaches because the beach there was just as beautiful. Really quiet, the gym was ok but the pool was barely used. 「It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.」

「Beautiful, semi-secluded lodge still walking distance to restaurants and Port Vila central district. The decor is just right and the balcony a huge perk. Nice kitchenette too. All in all, a good place to spend a few nights. Note: the upper bedrooms have an open upper wall in the toilet/bathroom, so there is little "noise" privacy if travelling with a companion. Something to keep in mind if this is a concern for you. 」

「这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。」

But I have to say, that you feel, that the apartments are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. 「酒店位置还不错，服务人员也蛮热情的，只是房间内饰、家具太破旧了，床单估计用了很多年了，呈现旧旧的灰黄颜色，毛巾也是。临岸的早餐厅风景不错，早餐很一般，服务人员态度还是挺友好的，总之就是太旧了，该重新装修以及更换家具和日用品了。」

「Eratap beach resort was absolutely perfect. From the views to the staff and everything in between was amazing. The pool villa was spacious with a great view of the ocean and islands. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The food was amazing! Fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection.
