「The room was clean and spacious. It had projector with Netflix which was good. The bed was comfortable but the covers were a horrible fabric that kept giving us electric shocks. Only down side was checking in, instead of providing the access code before arrival. We had to wait for them to reply to us even though we told them of our arrival. We ended up sitting outside for 2 hours waiting for them to answer the texts and calls. 」

「The hotel is recently renovated so it is relatively clean. The beds are quite comfortable and the room that I had was quite spacious. Price wise it was good for the value. The coolest point to me, is how attentive and helpful the team at Sujet was to me. Down to the detail, they always had my back during my stay. It made you feel at home.」

「New Clean room, 13 minute walk from airport Close to beach and dragon bridge, night market, shoe market and like 1 hour drive to coconut boat ride and golden bridge so convenient to stay at low budget customers support was quick and easy if you arrive late no worries everything works digital like just incase if you’re arrived late at hotel there is call center video camera at the corner. 「我們這次預訂了豪華開房式房間連露台，怎料一去到check in職員說我們的balcony 給封了，原因是旁邊要起樓！ 起初我們都不想小事化大，於是照入住了那間給封了露台的房。入到房，聞到一陣陣霉味，房間比我想像中細，背包放在枱上後便沒有多餘位吃飯，要用洗手盆的枱站著吃！ 還有， 露台給磚頭牆封了，根本就是一間密室！ 起初我跟職員說想換房，但立刻被他們拒絕了，亦沒有退回任何費用 （ 因為房間已變成沒露台沒窗的密室，所以房租理應更平）, 最後他們都是沒有退錢的。 最令我生氣的是，夜晚我洗澡後在床上休息，頭髮還未乾透，便睡著了，第二天醒來發現枕頭袋有發霉的污漬！！ 很嘔心，我想是因為枕頭袋不乾淨，濕水後房間冷氣不夠，於是變發霉了！！！ 我馬上退房，酒店職員檢查房間後說是我把枕頭袋弄污了，要我賠錢！！！ 我怒氣沖天到極點！！！！！」
