「The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. 「Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. I have to spend an hour or 2 to finally get hold of expedia operator ( not virtual) to help me connect with the owner. There was no exact location of our unit, as to what building and...

「So, this is well kept unit. If there were any areas for improvement, would be AC unit a bit loud, but works perfectly!! And house keeping a bit slow with remove gabage, and we couldn’t get the television to work. 」

「I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)」

「Our overall stay is great. I just don't like how the security personnel approach us about parking on tower 4. They should tell us the nice way not a rude and harsh one since they are the one who knew where to park or not. They approach us as if we knew everything about the do’s & don’ts on parking we’re not parking for free though.」
