Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Even gave us complimentary drinks for my mom’s birthday. Breakfast was awesome and the view even better. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.

I recommend having your own car to fully enjoy the area attractions. But also strongly recommend the train to and from the Olcio station. It's an incredible experience to use the small single line station nestled in the hills and overlooking the lake
