「Clean, comfortable and good food」

「The resort is on an inclined hill. The restaurant is right on top. Senior citizens like me found it difficult to go up and down. The food and restaurant staff were very professional and the quality and the quantity of the food served from breakfast to dinner were excellent.」

「They charge for a 5 star experience and provide you with a 2 star experience. Everything is too expensive for the facilties that they provide. The place and location is good, rest everything is just mediocre. 」

「The property is quite close to the city and hence makes it very easy for dinning, shopping and viewing various spots. On the downside I felt the sheets are not clean with lots of stains. Though the breakfast is good, they make you feel like you are eating a lot and we haven't paid for it and question to make us feel guilty, was a bit embarrassing. Parking is not easy, they will keep calling at way too unusual hours like 11pm to move the car as they don't have enough space.」

「We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Coorg. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention to the staff member who assisted us when my son was not feeling well a day before our departure — he personally helped us reach a nearby doctor and was extremely kind and supportive. 「The staff at the front desk was very helpful in early check in. Location of the hotel is good. Room was clean, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom needs deep cleaning, edges and the corners were filthy.」
