"It's my third stay here as my daughter is at Uni. I think it's the second time one of the lifts hasn't worked which is my only complaint. Staff are lovely and efficient. Rooms are very clean and the toilettes are divine smelling. The curtains keep the light out and the rooms are well sound proofed. ..."
