「Stayed as a bridesmaid and wedding guest in the hotel recently. The rooms were dated and we found mold on the shower ceiling tiles. The main building is kept in better condition but rooms could definitely use some TLC. Staff was super friendly though!」

Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. 「We got an upgrade upon check in, and the room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but lacked diversity. The location is central to everything you want to do in Manchester. Overall, a good stay.」
