「We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)」

Ganz faul...

「The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes. Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same...

「- Food is quite bad, almost no meat.. the meat that is offered - very cheap, low quality, and it is being hidden by oversalting it (particularly beef, and any cold cuts) - Coffee is bad everywhere except the main bar.. - No sound proofing, you will hear the disco until midnight, and how your neighbors do their business - Quite old spa, even though the massage service was good + Close proximity to Side + Nice guys are working there: staff, lifeguards, reception」

「Unfortunately, this was the worst holiday experience our family has ever had. First of all, everyone in our family, one after another, got some kind of stomach infection or virus. After spending two days looking at all the cracks and dirty grout in the bathroom, I also started paying attention to how clean the plates were in the main restaurant. They were constantly covered with greasy stains and traces of previous use. On the second day, apparently we hadn’t had enough excitement, so we...
