Wirklich sehr sehr freundliches Personal! Wir sind wegen Flugverspätung erst weit nach Mitternacht angekommen, der Herr an der Rezeption war trotzdem sehr freundlich und der Check-In hat super schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Weiters waren auch die Animateure und die Kellner alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit großem Balkon und einer großen Glasdusche. Gereinigt wurde auch jeden Tag, generell war das ganze Hotel sehr sauber! Minibar wurde immer mit frischem Trinkwasser aufgefüllt. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet hatte eine sehr große Auswahl, hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Mittags konnte man an der Poolbar oder der Strandbar essen, was auch richtig schön und gut war. Poollandschaft war schön und sauber, Strand war in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerhalb des Hotels gab es eine lange Einkaufsmeile und mit der Busstation, die 1 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt war, war man auch innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Altstadt von Side. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner, entspannter Kurzurlaub. Wir würden das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Für den Preis stimmt die Unterkunft und die die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings kann man nicht ins Meer gehen, da dort eine schleimige Natursteinplatte liegt, hab das in Side nie so gesehen. Das Animationstram ist faktisch nicht vorhanden, eigentlich bräuchten sie selbst eine Animation. Man hört dort Schlager, welche man in der BRD seit Jahrzehten nicht mehr hört. Die Leute sind sowas von durvhgedrejt, dass schon die Poolliegen schon vor 6Uhr morgens mit Handtüchern belegt sikd und den ganzen Tag auch damit belegt werden, egal ob sie genutzt werden oder nicht. Schilder, die das verbieten oder Personal, welche diese Handtücher aufsammeln ist nicht vorhanden. Große Essensauswahl, Hotelinterne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Sauna. Leider kriegt man nicht immer frische Handtücher, weil sie angeblich ausgegeben wurden ind die Lieferung noch nicht da sei (man Stelle sicj mal vor in der Sauna gäbe es keine), aber wie gesagt ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man von diesen Kleinigkeiten absieht und freundliches Personal. Daher eine durchschnittliche Bewertung von uns.

Essen ist ok, Personal sehr beschämend, Ausländer verstehen es zwar nicht nur als einheimischer ist es schrecklich, wie sie mit Ausländischen Gästen umgehen. Unfreundlich, Unerfahren, Beleidigend. Betten sehr alt, Zimmer sehr klein und einfach gehalten. Essen ist ok...

Beliggenhed, personale, maden, rengøring disse var godt.. Værelserne er alt for lydt, og i sær hvis det er spædbørn så er det ikke meget søvn man får. Det er største og eneste minus men det er osse nok, vil ikke snakke om andet. Man kunne høre alt..
