Hilltone Resorts & Spa- MANALI :- Worst Hotel
I booked an executive room in this hotel during my recent visit to Manali. Following in my personal View about this hotel.
1 :- Hotel was too expensive considering the services. Vert Pathatic service.
2:- Food quality was worst. No taste. Cold food was served even during buffet.
3:- Very Un-Professional staff. Do not know what grocessery to put on dinning table. We had to ask them for each an every stuff. They do not have enough grocessery.
4:- If you ask for room service, they took it as a burden.
5:- They do not have enough staff. Once they sent security guard to provide morning tea to the room.
6:- For 4 persons, they put ony 2 towels in the bathroom.
In totallatity, WORST HOTEL.
