We had a wonderful stay at Monzonte. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our experience even better. Breakfast every morning was excellent, with a wide selection including fresh juices and fruits, breads, rice, different meat options, eggs, and soup. The on‑site restaurant also offered great lunch and dinner options at very reasonable prices. We especially loved that we could enjoy drinks and meals by the pool. The property has two pools with plenty of seating areas, whether you prefer the sun or the shade. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the transportation service to and from the airport (available for an extra fee). It was very convenient, especially when travelling to and from Managua’s airport. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Mozonte and would happily return and recommend.

The rooms are kind of small to move around. The first room had a dent on the wall. The second room, #11 was better but the AC leaked. Those were the rooms on the quiet area or older part of the hotel. The quietness and chairs feel good, but we had water outage right in New Year… had to wait to shower… finally they moved us to the new part of the hotel. No water outage there, but we saw some running roaches, though we saw some kind of powder sprinkled in the drawers and room corners to control that issue. The employees were always very kind, respectful and accommodating. The swimming pool area, plants, music and lighting is the plus of Hotel Mozonte. The rooms need work out.

I was very impressed with the Internet service. I had to work while I was there from my laptop computer. The staff was very friendly, I speak very little Spanish, we did very well with google translate. One of the cleaning, ladies that was there the year before remembered me and gave me a big hug.

The stay we less than i have experienced in the past. The hotel has a policy of no outside food but the restaurant is out of most of the menue items all the time. The housecleaning staff was excellent. The rest needs alor of improvement. I was there for 19 days on this trip.

Cute hotel

The staff was super sweet, miss Julie from the cleaning staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed, also the kitchen staff was nice. The only thing i did not like was the annoying people partying close to the pool until almost 11pm, i think is not nice that people stop making noise until 10pm, noise should stop a lot earlier, there should be more understanding for the customers that not party and want to relax after a long day working.

This place use to be a nice hotel, first off it’s really loud in the mornings, I don’t like the fact that the pool is not for hotel guests only, it is open to the public. At times the food wasn’t good, but the hotel employees were really nice. Will never stay there again.

We were there for 17 days. The property was excellent. The hotel staff was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for better service, from the, reception staff, cleaning staff to the food servers, they excelled at everything and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. We will certainly return for another stay.

I was traveling with my toddler and since the moment we step in reception Danilo was hospitable and very friendly. Danilo was efficient and this hotel exceed my expectations. I love how kids friendly it is and how everyone made my son feel so special. Juli the house keeper she did an amazing job with the room with maintenance and repairs. The breakfast team was phenomenal always quick and clean. This hotel offers transportation and is walking distance from some restaurants and stores. Common areas are always clean and even at night at felt safe there was always a security guard watching the hotel and cars for everyone safety. I will come back again.

There is a shopping mall at walking distance( Plaza España). It has a McDonalds, food court and a supermarket. The hotel restaurant does not have a variety of food but the food is excellent. Breakfast was buffet, with a great variety of food. Breakfast was excellent. The main pool was provided maintenance daily. There is another company in the hotel that provides taxis and tour services. Room was cleaned every day. During the weekends there are several pool parties celebrating birthdays. I stayed across the street in the other bldg. and did not have problems with the parties. I stayed 11 days. The price I pay for hotel is excellent.
