Booked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com gave my booking away to another company, Expedia. Breakfast was included in my bookingorder with Hotels.com.
Hotelstaff had all their information from Expedia, with breakfast not included.
Staff had no idea about the existens of Hotels.com.
Hotels.com should not give away my booking to another company, without letting me know.
If Expedia is the owner of Hotels or vice versa, is of no importance.

普通。
お湯がでなかった。トイレットペーバー少ない。綺麗好きの人は泊まれないだろうね。ほとんどレストランもしていない。そのためひと気なく寂しい。ルームサービスだけ。少し買い物便利だけだったかなぁ。

kolam renangnya bersih,tiap hari dibersihkan.
Hotelnya tua dan tdk terawat dgn baik.Lemari kayu yg tdk rapat,tempelan kayu yg terlepas,toilet/closet yg agak kekuningan dan lampu di toilet yg agak redup.

호텔이 오래되서 에레베이터는 불안하네요.
위치는 좋지만 다른 장점은 안보이네요.
마나도는 처음이어서 공항 픽업 서비스요청하면
된다고 나와 있어서 메일로 두번이나 보냈는데
읽기만하고 답은 없고 공항에서 택시 80,000 루피아에
찾아갔네요
