"Resort was outdated, staff was not freindly, would not say hi or even ask you if you wanted a drink at buffet, sometime the seat you, other time they say go find a seat. food ran out quick not many options for food, beach was very nice, pools one was green and dirty they add alot of chemical and it clear up, other pool was fine food and snack bar service very very slow, liquor option was the very cheapest you could have, no captain smirnoff or any american mid shelf liquor avalible."

"The room was very dated and the finishes were lacking. You could tell that the room had been repainted in recent years but the coat of paint didn’t do much to enhance the overall appearance. The beach view however was magnificent "

"The staff were all very nice and welcoming and helpful. As for the room it looked like it had seen better days. The bathroom had cracked tiles and there was zero water pressure in the shower and at one point the water turned off all together. There was one single desk chair in the room and we had to bring in the balcony chairs inside just to have somewhere to sit down. I’m sure this room used to be nice when the hotel was first build but it looks like they haven’t done any refreshing or updating of the rooms since. Also we were kind of surprised at the lack of amenities. There was no pool. The gym was unavailable and there really just wasn’t anything on property other than the spa which we didn’t visit. A lot of money for a run down hotel. "

"We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. Staff was Very friendly and super nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway !! We Loved it so much that we've already booked again for next year !!"

"Great all around"

"We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "
