「It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.」

「Overall, place was neat and clean, but I don’t understand why don’t they put a curtain in the shower. Everything next to shower gets wet, specially with me, cause I am tall. A shower curtain should be part of a restroom. The soap is so xx-small 😂😂😂.」

「Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. 」

「Overall it was a good place to stay. The only issues being need more exhaust in the rooms to help pull must smell out off the room and having a window to actually open for air flow to help the stuffiness」
