"In addition to the customer service concerns, we experienced significant room maintenance issues. We initially stayed in Room 209, where: The air conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was very warm. Water was leaking from the air conditioner onto the floor. My 4-year-old son slipped on the wet floor while walking to the bathroom. The bathroom sink had significant mold buildup. Because of these issues, we were transferred to Room 616 Prime. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning problem persisted. The room remained warm, and the unit provided limited cooling. As a result, we experienced discomfort during the night and had difficulty sleeping. The staff member who assisted with our luggage during checkout personally observed the room conditions and our discomfort while preparing to leave. As a parent, I was particularly concerned that my 4-year-old son was unable to rest comfortably on our final night due to the heat in the room. While I appreciate Trisha’s excellent service and the efforts of some staff members, the customer service concerns and unresolved room maintenance issues negatively affected our vacation experience. Based on this stay, we do not plan to return to Henann Palm Boracay in the future. If needed, I have photos and videos documenting the issues we experienced during our stay, including the leaking air conditioner, the mold around the bathroom sink, and the condition of the rooms. These records were taken during our stay."

"I was there 5 nights The housekeeping never changed linen and to be honest I dont care Only change towels water coffee For me it was ok When I have done the checkout they charge me 9thousand pesos for the linen that was dirty Of course it was 5 nights with the same linen I dont even know if the linen was from my room cos I wasn't there The front desk only want receive the money even i complain they didn't care I felt that I was scammed For that reason I can't give a good review and I will never comeback there"

"This hotel is terrible , towel rack broken , toilet clogged, room very dirty, mirror inside the washroom & in the the bedroom as well The Spool water coloured green !!! Im sure its full if algae I was wodering if they passed the Health inspection I came in 15 minutes before check in time & the receptionist dont allowed me to check in so I told her I am hotelier & we allowed early check in even as early as noon if the room is ready No matter how cheap or expensive or STAR of the hotel property cleanliness is the nimber one and the staff This hotel is run down and need renovations."

"I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars or rate this place twice. Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel/resort in Boracay, and I cannot recommend it enough. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Villa Caemilla made it feel truly unforgettable from beginning to end. Even before arriving, their team was already incredibly attentive and proactive. They reached out to ask if I needed assistance arranging transportation from the airport, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free from the very beginning (and I highly recommend taking advantage of that service). From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with absolutely anything. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay. The level of service, attentiveness, hospitality, cocktails, and food was simply outstanding and beyond anything we expected. What truly makes this place special is the people. Special thanks to Geline, Aaron, Driggs, Razel, Caloi, Mark, Paul, Samantha, Daniel and R for making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond in every interaction and truly embodied what exceptional customer service should look like. Their level of customer obsession and genuine care is on another level. "It was very clean and convenient and there to help us with their needs the Alexa calling station was a little bit difficult to use but besides that everything else was great the staff was very kind happy and supportive very clean bathrooms clean bedrooms and I would definitely recommend it and go there again"

"The rooms are clean but really need if upgrading, there are broken fixtures that needed attention. Staff are helpful and friendly, It’s not beach view but walking distance. Breakfast is very limited, Inguess for the price it’s not too bad overall if you are on budget. I booked this hotel as it looks good on website."

"This is a great value for Westerners. Breakfast is great. The rooms are really good. The facility is just beautiful. They didn’t have a hot tub like it said online, and the gym needs attention, some of the equipment is broken. It’s a really quiet place away from the busy beaches, but it’s just about a 200 250 peso ride to White Beach and D mall"
