Good hotel slightly out of the city centre but easily walkable. Looks to be a newish hotel so everything was clean and modern and well maintained. Its in the business district but only 5 mins walk to the sea. There were a few places around to eat and drink but I would recommend the city square as there is a better vibe in that area.

Inclusive breakfast was great. Had to change rooms on arrival as room safe was not working. Made the move and again room safe was not working. Did not bother to ask again . Had to notify reception that lighting in emergency fire escape staircase was not working. VERY dangerous if a fire were to occur. It appears that there are no maintenance of room staff available through the night time period. That's of concern . everything has to wait until the morning.

Great hotel, with very clean and large rooms and very generous breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were also very nice, upon arrival I asked what the policy on late check out was, and was offered an extra hour no charge. They also have shaving and other toiletry kits for free at the front desk. Overall, I would gladly return.

The breakfast could really be better. No coffee choice and limited in the complete offering. Having to take care of preparing your own table with cutlery and napkins is new to me. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) are quite outdated. The parking of the hotel is a big plus though!

The rooms are modern, very clean, and the bathrooms are even better, updated and spotless. We stayed during hot summer days, and since there’s no air conditioning, the room was quite warm. The staff provided a fan, which helped a bit. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with plenty of options for everyone. Be aware that parking is limited in the hotel garage, and nearby parking structures can be expensive.

There is no AC in the room, even though the system was visible. The shower is too open and I needed loads of towels to stop myself from slipping. My wife and I stayed here during August 2026. Initially we thought this hotel might be a bit of a trak from the main station, but that really wasn't the case, and we came to really enjoy the walk as we were taking a train each day if our 6-day visit. We would walk it in about 10-15 minutes. The area around the hotel has clearly gone through much redevelopment, which means that although local facilities such as restaurants are a bit thin, there is enough, and likely to be more as time passes. The hotel itself was reasonably presented. Clearly it had been a "ParkInn", re-branded as Best Western. The rooms were clean and generous. Reasonably well appointed. For us, breakfast was included (as seems to be the case for most or all guests. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items, to suit most pallets, including vegan. We would choose this hotel again if visiting the area. Glad we chose Malmö over a stay in Copenhagen. Great cities and both explorable from here.
