We really enjoyed our stay in Malmö at Hotel Mortensen. They have recently changed parent companies and are now part of Best Western. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very nice and rooms are nice, as well. The building is very old, which adds charm and character to the hotel.

Tips på förbättringar

Bra läge. Bokade typ hotellet pga frukost t kl 11.00 sen car det fel på hemsidan - sen länge!!! Ingen gest av kompensation för det heller. Dålig koll på var man kunde få tag i cykel när egna inte fanns på hotellet och inget erbjudande om att hjälpa till med det heller. Ok frukost, kanske inget överflöd för vegetarianer. Gärna löste, finare koppar, bättre bröd och godare ost skulle göra stor skillnad. Men god äggröra! (Stäng gärna av tv.n i matsalen, den var ju ändå utan ljud:).

it was great staying at this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, people who works at breakfast table were awesome . only negative part was tv and hotel does not offer cable tv, i was hoping to see the CNN. other than that everything was what i wished ot be.

Centralt läge, knarrande golv

AV misstag blev jag inbokad i ett standardrum trots att jag betalat för ett superiorrum. Enligt Hotels.com egen information sak dessa rum vara 40 kvadratmeter, men mitt rum var nog högst 25 m2. Tomt kylskåp fanns (bra) och sköna fåtöljer, medan sängarna var lite hårdare. Jag har aldrig varit med om ett golv som knarrat så mycket som i detta rum! Wi-fi stabilt men inte så snabbt. Frukosten var mycket trevlig och innehållet gott. Hotellet ligger bra till vid en gågata, i centrum.

Great hotel in Malmo.

Great hotel smack in the middle of central Malmo. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet which was included was fantastic. I will be back!

It's a good hotel for a short stay and a good value for the money. It is situated in the best area in Malmö. However, in one of the days, someone used my toilet and didn't flush. This is probably the most unacceptable event I ever had in a hotel.
