My family recently stayed at this property in a 2 bedroom Oceanfront suite. The view was beautiful and the pool and sea were beautiful. That is where the positives end.
Our first night I called and complained that we did not have hot water. I was told that we should have hot water. On our 3rd night at around 4:45 am we heard a pop and discovered our hot water heater had broken and was spilling all over the room. My husband went up to the front desk and got the man working. He gave us towels, but we had to get trashcans and get rid of the water for hours. It took many calls and trips to the front desk before a maintenance person was available to help. We had to cancel our travel plans that day to tend to the emergency. We were offered to move rooms, but the room was a smaller room which would not have been big enough for our family. Luckily the hot water heater was replaced and we did not have to relocate. The hotel assured us that we would be given compensation, but since we booked through Expedia none was given. They offered a cabana, which we couldn't use for most of the day as we were tending to the water in the room. We were given one day free parking. Note there is very limited parking at this property and it is 20 euros a day for the few spots they have. We paid a ton of money to stay at this property. While this was an isolated incident, it was not handled well. The property lied about a refund for the trouble that was given.
