"Loved the room. My main concern was I called for a pick up at the airport 1247. Did not get picked up till 1425."

"After waiting in line for nearly 2 hours, at 1:30 am they tell me the hotel is over sold. They refused to pay the amount charged by any other hotel and no hotel would accept from them their voucher. So had to find another hotel myself and paid $400 for about 6 hours of sleep. They had only one trainee at the reception who was not able to do anything. "
