「I blame both expedia and the hotel for my bad stay at this hotel. After traveling 30 hrs, the hotel would not check me in and said to come back at 11. This was a scheduling error on my behalf but I could not stay in the lobby as the staff were sleeping on the couches. I come back at 11 and they do not have my booking nor the room available that I booked. I waited an hour until I accepted a lesser room with no window or seating in it. Not once did they clean my room, but I saw them cleaning...

「It is a perfect stay when visiting golden temple. As it is quite close and good walking distance. Rooms are good with space. Lots of local food around to explore for breakfst and dinner.」

「The staff did prove helpful, even if their English wasn't great. It was the blood stain on the pillow case and the fact that the TV box had no remote so "youtube only". No safe or fridge in the room aswell. We asked for a quite room but needed to ask to be moved. Not great.」

「Very clean rooms , good staff and near golden temple」

「Everything was fine at the hotel. They need to thoroughly clean their bathrooms. It seemed that the bathroom taps and the shower door glass wasn't cleaned properly 」

「The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out. Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience.」

「The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple」
