「This hotel is a proper find! A lovely, peaceful oasis, filled with a myriad of beautiful plants and trees. Everywhere you look are interesting objects and bric a brac, all collected by the owner. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety of offerings and scrambled eggs on request. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, even though we turned up late. N.B. The only negative - no fault of the hotel - the address given on the Expedia site is wrong! It takes you to a private house about...

「Our stay at Quinta Da Foz was amazing. Room was very clean. It's a beautiful centuries old traditional family home that really brings you back in time. The tour and attention Francisco provides is awesome. Breakfast is served by his mother at the family table with a lit wood burning fireplace. Loved our stay here.」

「This is a wonderful hotel. Check in is efficient and also fun. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed our breakfast experience with eggs cooked to order. We didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant. There are many funky touches through this property and I imagine would be a lot of fun for a young child to experience.
