"We had a lovely clean room, with very friendly helpful staff would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a great selection for breakfast and the treatments and facilities in the spa were fantastic."
"We found roaches on the first day. There was no cover for the secondary bed. The AC was smelly. The furniture layout didn't allow for the closet to open fully. The nightstands were unstable. The room was renovated recently in a cheap manner as there were holes in the stone wall and mortar was still falling from the joints. The shower was the best part but there were no hooks to hang towels and there was humidity on the balance. The noise isolation was very poor and we could hear the neighbors all the time."

"Very nice room, but in the hotel's Annex on the third floor with no elevator. The hotel's picture on Expedia is misleading as it makes it look like the hotel is on the Riva which is is NOT. Also, if you are in the Annex, as noted you are up and down the stairs with no elevator. Luckily, hotel staff lugged my bag up on arrival and down on departure. And the Annex opens onto a nice quiet square and is two minutes' walk form the RIva."
"What a fantastic experience here. I was delayed in my flight by a whole day and my teenagers arrived before me. Kristina arranged transportation for my children and then me the next day. I really appreciated her help in a stressful situation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop bar and pool. Thank you so much for taking care of us Kristina!"
"It’s in an abandoned shopping mall. That is exactly how it is ran. We got to the hotel at 3:00 pm during operating hours. The staff was not there to check us in. After waiting 2 hours they did not show up or answer phone calls so we left and applied for a refund."
