"A "resort" without the corresponding facilities seems was an odd experience. There was a time when the word Resort meant you were stepping into a beautiful place built on a large area with beautiful gardens, pools, spa, gym, massage and beauty therapies, restaurants and bars.
This is not the case at Lowanna "resort". The studio room is small and pokey. Certainly not worth the rate per night.
The windows open, which would be great however there are no screens to stop insects, mosquitoes entering the room.
To have parking you must "upgrade" something else that a "resort" would not have as its policy. If you do not upgrade you park on the street.
The rooms are not serviced daily nor are you offered fresh towels. This is not mentioned in the property description or at check in.
There is a shopping centre behind the "resort""
