「We enjoyed the deck at El Refugio. The beds were also comfortable. Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower). 「Everything was very nice. Definitely clean and pleasant. Easily a 9.5. The .5 off 10 is because there's no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was not great. Coffee was good but a ham sandwich for breakfast was not. Everyone on the staff, that we met, was extremely nice and efficient. 」
