"There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV."

-La atención: el personal está atento a todas tus necesidades con la mejor predisposición.
-la ubicación: dentro del pueblo de Cojimies, este hotel brinda una vista maravillosa a la isla del amor y queda frente a una playa muy tranquila y extensa.
-El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.
Lo que no me gustó:
- En el hotel hay que mandar un texto para que te activen el agua caliente: a pesar de que siempre tuvimos agua caliente, el hecho de avisar previamente que la vas a usar es un poco...

"las imagenes que presentan en internet no se comparan con la realidad. Es una estafa. Ademàs el dueño desaparece y no enfrenta a los huespedes que deja sin alojamiento. ES PESIMO: PESIMO: EL ASPECTO HORRIBLE: ademas tiene que devolverme lo que paguè, ESPERO QUE EXPEDIA LO HAGA EN EL TIEMPO QUE OFRECIO. PORQUE EXPEDIA COBRA POR ANTICIPIDO. "Located at the Northeast end of the villiage of Mompiche, only a 2-3 minute walk to the bustling, yet small center. The hotel is gated and ample parking is available inside the gates. I was greeted by Jose, one of the property managers who was very friendly.
