「My room was the first room in the corridor. The corridor was having a door which was heavy. Each time people came in or went out through the corridor, the door slamming loudly. One morning, other guests might need to catch a very early morning flight, and woke me up. Other than the door all other things were good. Staff were friendly.」

「Kwa'Lilas, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, however, it is very dated, it needs to be updated. It felt very old, in which, the cleanliness of the hotel gets missed. We had very poor sleep due to the air conditioner was very loud, and if you had the window open, we heard people parking, coming and going all through the night, due to our room was on the road side.
