"La habitación nuestra se notaba que estaba arreglado hace poco .Baño a nuevo, ducha perfecta, pero increíblemente les faltan porta jabon , algún toallero , repisas en la ducha para el shampoo y crema de enjuague . Está precioso pero parece que se olvidaron de los detalles. Muy a tener en cuenta si van con valijas pedir una habitación baja porque no hay ascensor. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, carretera sinuosa pero con vistas espectaculares. Buen punto para ir a Menaggio y ahí tomar el ferry...

"Gorgeous hotel overlooking Lake Lugano with a very large infinity pool. Very spacious rooms, lovely marble everywhere and large balconies.
