「Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation, location and the welcoming staff were incredible. After almost 4 weeks in Poland I can honestly say that this hotel and especially the staff has been the best. Walking distance to the castle and local promenade along the water. 」

「鄰近老城區，步行約15分鐘即可抵達。附近區域是新的住宅區，算是很寧靜的區域。服務人員親切友善。房間是新的公寓，採光佳、明亮、佈置簡潔大方，讓人有著家的溫暖。廚房設施齊全，鄰近區域也有幾間超市，非常適合採買回飯店內煮食。小問題是附近的道路不是很平坦，行李拉箱在附近移動較為不便。另外，這個飯店沒有接待大廳，必須要聯繫好負責接待的管理人員才能帶入住，這是稍微有點麻煩的地方。整體而言仍然是個很愉快的住宿環境。」

「sehr gute Lage, nur 2 Minuten bis zur Burganlage. Das Zimmer hatte auf dem ersten Blick nicht meiner Buchung entsprochen, denn ich hatte extra ein Zimmer (24) ohne Dachfenster (siehe Bilder) gewählt. Leider sind dem Zimmer 24 Bilder aus der ersten Etage zugeordnet, was meine Wahl entschieden hatte. Also Vorsicht, alle 20er Zimmer haben nur Dachfenster! Das Highlight war das Frühstück, teilweise im alten Tresorraum. Jedes Zimmer bekommt einen eigenen Tisch mit einer großen, sehr liebevollen...

「Very central, clean and good value for the money. Apartment with everything. Local grocery store that have what you need to make breakfast. The SPA area is under the reception, a small walk from the apartments. The SPA has a small hot tub and pool, with a steam room and sauna, and all of them are quite nice to use. Relaxing atmosphere. We did not try the SPA services, breakfast or restaurant. Would go here again next time with friends or family. 」

「Bra boende, rent och fint. Fanns allt man behövde. Nära till det mesta, gamla stan, massa restauranger mm. Ungarna älskade poolen och bubbelpoolen var varm och skön. Hade dock önskat balkong och bättre utsikt men man kan ju inte få allt ;)」

「Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo per poche ore: avevo avvisato che sarei arrivatamolto tardi e sarei dovuta ripartire molto presto. Non ho avuto quindi la possibilità di incontrare nessuno del personale, ma ho comunicato con loro via mail, messaggi e telefonicamente e molto gentilmente hanno organizzato tutto perfettamente per il mio soggiorno: mi hanno comunicato via messaggio i codici per accedere all’hotel e alla mia camera, mi hanno lasciato la fattura che avevo richiesto sulla...

「The pillows could be better and there should be more of them. There was no smart place for bathrobes and towels to dry. the toilet hooks were placed too low. The services could be improved, the staff didn't say hello in the lobby and the bar always looked closed, no staff anywhere.」

「Situated close to old town, river, good choice of places to eat and drink and supermarkets on every corner just about! . We had an apartment on floor 6, it was lovely and spacious, good size balcony, view out over river and otherside of town. Very quiet first couple nights. Not sure if there are permanent residents in the block.... Fridge wouldn't open and was fixed straightaway. Only thing missing in kitchen was a teatowel as didn't need to use dishwasher as only used glasses, cups as ate out....
