"We are requesting a refund of the booking. I have raised concerns and addressed the issues to the hotel staff in private but they insisted that the refund request must be made via Expedia. I am attaching the photos of some of the bad stuff we saw in the rooms last night when we checked in. I wanted to tell them in private so other customers won’t hear about it.
These must never happen in a hotel like holiday inns which otherwise usually have good reputation especially the spits on the tiles in the bathroom, which is a major health risk and safety concern, the dirts and red sauce on the wooden food plate, the dirty utensils, and the untidy room with curtain on the floor, disconnected phone cable and the messy chair plus trash on the hotel rooms we were in and the very poor quality of breakfast offered which did not have any Halal option at all!
I felt disappointed but I hope you appreciate how it feels for us after we paid a large amount of money for a single night booking. We therefore request a full refund of the money we paid since it did not meet the lowest expectations of us at all.
