「We arrived late around 7.45pm due to traffic jam but there was no one to let us in, the kind chap from the restaurant downstairs contacted the owner and let us in. The water heater was not working, we showered with cold water🙄 We couldn't boil water to make a coffee because the power points at the sink counter were not working😔 The only thing good was the location. Please upgrade your amenities. 」
"Nice new hotel. The security guard at main entrance was very friendly with warm greetings every time we went back to hotel. The room was upgraded to sea view room and with enjoyable view.
The hotel is within walkable distance to downtown, but we didn’t want to, and it would dry out our energy during sunshine at 35 degree. It’s just easy to get Grab and around RM6-8 to main tourist area.
It’s enjoyable to have sun bath and swim at pool in late afternoon. "
