My thought on 7 Days Premium Hotel

Near to food eating places and can walk around the river near by. Had a shopping centre within walking distance. Hotel had wifi and room is clean

no free parking

the room and location is good. but the car park is big problem. it is public car park and you must buy the couple from 7-11 (nearby the hotel). I got a saman in Sunday morning.

This imposed by the Melaka local authorities, we have feedback your voice to MyBHA Association(Budget Hotel Association) to channel this issue to the local enforcement party. Thank you. Alternatively, advice to park your car at parking space in front the restaurant corner or park into shopping mall ( it was free).

Not Worth to the price we paid!!!

Hotel Location is very near for shopping, however the room is totally in bad condition especially the bathroom. The water heater not functioning and the water leak all the way. TV remote not function & only 2 channels available (RTM 1 & RTM 2). Water boiler not function (x2 times) in 1 night. Poor Maintenance with Rm200.00 per room/night is totally not worth. Please improve your service else I wont recommend to others of my friends and family. Plus, paid summon even park the car in front the hotel without any early information given by the hotel staff during registration. Full of disappointed.

We listen to your comment, we will definitely will improve further. We have big part of the hotel affected by the fire incident last month and we are in our progress in repairing most of the room. This is not our normal standard. Hopefully you give us chance again and let us to serve you well this time The Hotel Manager.
