"AC would not go below 23 deg, rooms are extremely tiered, stains on all the carpets in the hall ways as well. Service in the restaurant is zero, they would be better to just have a free table so you can clear away your own plates; even though they have more than sufficient staff on duty, all that they seem to be interested in is chatting and interacting with their smart phones.
