"El hotel está muy bien: limpio, habitación grande y cómoda, buena ubicación, buen desayuno. Pero lo que más me gustó fue la agilidad para resolver asuntos. En primer lugar, Avianca me canceló el vuelo, me retrasé en la llegada pero me guardaron la habitación y al día siguiente entré temprano. Luego, había ruido de la discoteca y en mi habitación se oía (tengo el sueño ligero). Me cambiaron de habitación por esa noche sin problemas y rápidamente. Me consiguieron un secador de pelo y me cambiaron el control para el TV. Mi agradecimiento al señor Jaime y la señorita Ana por sus atenciones y profesionalismo. El desayuno es bueno, con platos tradicionales dominicanos (como el mangú), hay frutas, yogurt, huevos, salchichas, tocineta, plátano maduro, diversos panes y repostería, jugos (noson naturales), café, té,... Muy cerca hay un buen restaurante típico (Adrián)."
