「Very friendly staff and nice facilities. 」

「The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. 「Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!」

「Great value. Rate are great. Location is convenient and walkable into town. The pool area is great, however as it is popular with locals, the water does get cloudy at the end of the day, they should get a stronger pool water filtering. The rooms are comfortable although basic. The room only had 1 double outlet of which one was used for the tv. So charging devices/phone might be challenging. Breakfast is pre-made and very simple. I would stay here again.」

「The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. 」

「Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two small points to know. First, there was no inside the hotel food service since the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Hotel staff was very nice and ordered food from outside which was delivered. The next day, they ordered food from Jollibee. Second, we invited our daughter to join us for a swim at the super nice pool. The hotel allowed her to enter; however, we paid 500 pesos for her to visit from 0800-1700 to swim. 「Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life 」
