Clean, quiet and spacious room. Helpful staff. Good tip from receptionist on Wiesbaden and Mainz sights. If you are staying in the City annexe across the bridge between the main hotel and the annexe, the Möhrstrasse car park might be of use as it is below the annex.

The bathroom was tiny and only had room for one person at a time but overall everything else was great. Would highly recommend as this was a great location and our room looked over the Rhine. Very friendly staff as well!!

There is a lovely boardwalk outside the hotel with food, drinks, hammocks, lounge chairs; and even a beach volleyball count along the Rhine. We lucked out and experienced a local wine festival with amazing local wines and food. The town is definitely walkable with tons of shops and restaurants to choose from for all tastes.

Could be better

Mediocre hotel in a nice location. Hotel couldn't be bothered to reply to my requests for info on parking. Then at checkout, charged me for parking and then took another 4 euro off me coming out of the carpark. There must be nicer hotels in Mainz for the money, find one of those if you can.

Not like other Hilton hotels

Very big hotel. Make sure to get room close to reception as we first got room in new building and no joke when i say it took us 20 min walk to the reception and breakfast room one way. These rooms were big but not renovated. Always thought Hilton is 5 star but this was 3 star hotel. Very friendly staff. Location great. Carpets everywhere= old.

Wonderful food and fancy room!

We stayed one night, but we’ll be back next week as this is nice and close to the FRANKFURT Airport. The restaurant was wonderful as was the breakfast! So fun! We would recommend this to others.
