「Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal」

「Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning.」

「It’s good 」

「good services」

「The hotel is clean and modern, very comfortable beds. Rooms were decent size for the price. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. Hotel was chosen for its location, due to the fact that it is located on the old army base when I was stationed at in the ‘70’s. But it did surprise me with how clean and modern it was. The bar was good, decent prices and staff was friendly when it wasn’t busy. Overall, a good choice」

「It was exactly what we needed - so difficult to find an accommodation for family of 5 and this was perfect - kids absolutely loved it, it'd be helpful to have a washing machine there but we were fine without it but space is enormous and feels luxurious, this place is in our green list and we'll definitely come back again, had a great time staying over.」

「Toll」

「Charming and helpful host. Good breakfast!」

「Second time staying in this hotel. The experience was not as good as previous stay. Room is still clean and staff is still friendly. But for some reason they don’t come and clean the room even though we asked for many times. 」

「I got a very good deal at the hotel Karl. It is right across the street from the Offenbach Marketplatz. The room was clean and the showers had good water pressure. The receptionist at the front desk was very pretty and friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location to take the S train and can go directly to the Frankfurt main station or Hanau. Considering the price I paid, I would give this an A+!」

「Our experience as a small family of three, two adults and a child, was wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the hallways to the breakfast area, was absolutely spotless. The staff very clearly care about the hotel and it shows. Breakfast was included each morning and it was always delightful and filling. We will definitely be staying again when we return to the area.」
