「This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

「The absolute worst service ever. This place does not portray the look on photos. I already paid in full two weeks before our stay, for two nights and the owner refused to talk to us upon arrival. When the reception told us they do not have our booking as it must have been last minute from our side and they double booked. They left us standing there for over two hours refusing to help our refund us. Absolutely shocking. 」

「We just took photos around the pool. It is centrally located around the complex and has a really nice area to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist. 」
