"Stay here to be close to my daughters event the women at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was a good size lots of space. I loved the bathroom huge. The breakfast in the morning was a plus. Would stay again."

"Don’t stay here. It wasn’t that much cheaper than more reputable brands. The room smelled of human urine. Pillows are half the size of what a normal pillow is. Thankfully we just stayed to sleep and got the heck of there. I think there might be some people living there quite honestly. Pictures of the place are deceiving. Save youself and stay elsewhere. "

"Sue the bartender in evening was very kind and had excellent service. Breakfast crew was very friendly as well and breakfast itself was decent. Friday morning the options were a bit smaller than Saturday which had eggs, Canadian bacon and biscuits & gravy. Would revisit again when in need of place to stay in Roseville. Also the nearby restaurants are pretty dang good too. "

"The staff was great, but there’s a couple things that bothered me. The $12 a night for parking, that needs to be included in the price when booking. It’s ridiculous to charge for parking for a paying customer, especially 12 dollars a night, that’s wild. Also, there was red tape up at the entrance which made getting in and out difficult with luggage. It seems like an older building, but it was still a nice stay. I would recommend the one at the galleria, it was more modern and cleaner. This one would be great if it was significantly cheaper than the aforementioned one. "

"The people were super nice and helpful, super polite, i wish they worked at a better hotel. The pool smelled like a dumpster and i thought we'd get an infection swimming in it."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I contacted them in advance to add a guest to my reservation, carefully spelled the name, and provided all necessary instructions. However, when my guest arrived, the front desk had no record of him, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. When I called the hotel to resolve the issue, I was placed on hold for an extended period, and when someone finally answered, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was charged for parking despite not having a car. Overall, the service and organization were extremely poor. I will not be staying here again."
