The room was very smelly, old, tatty, damaged worktops, damaged shower, no Jug/kettle, no hairdryer. Amenities were very basic. Curtains were tatty. The staff were unhelpful. The lady who gave us the keys insisted on taking my credit card details to cover "incidentals" The photos in their brochure is of a new block. We were put in the older rooms which...

「Waited in reception for 20 minutes before being seen by the receptionist that had no manners and demanded everything, room was filthy and not what I had booked for, came back to the accommodation the next day later in the afternoon and rooms had still not been cleaned. Overall I give the motel a bad rating & definitely won’t be staying there again or suggesting to anyone. 」
