「Well arrived late and then had to figure out the rental car and then by the time we arrived to the hotel it was 1 am they refused to let us on the property and they even slammed the door in our faces as if we were late on purpose. Expedia was of zero help in the situation then they told me they were going to refuse to give me a refund because we were a no show!!! What a mess if this was the only hiccup for Expedia I would be fine but the first hotel we prepaid for I reached out to ask them some...

「The hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!! They said we don't deal with Expedia!!! I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all. Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive. Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia. I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...

「Der Aufenthalt bei Patrick (und seinem Spitzenkoch!) im Merinja Guest House war genau, was wir nach einer Woche Reise brauchten. Die ruhige, grüne Umgebung und der einladende Garten mit Hängematten sind eine richtige Oase, um sich zu erholen. Am Abend hat uns der Koch mit lokalen, sehr schmackhaftem Essen verwöhnt. Wer Grünes mag, wählt Sukumawiki oder Managu :). Gleichzeitig sind freilaufende Giraffen, Zebras, Gnus und Antilopen nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut...
