「我透過Hotels.com訂了今年１月1日，共6晚Hotel Sujata的雙人房連早餐，並用信用卡付了全費。抵達後，我們出示Hotels.Com的voucher，該酒店經理卻拒絕我們的入住，堅持要我們再以現金付全費才讓我們入住，我們萬分驚訝，跟他理論但仍拒絕讓我們入住。 糾纏了個多小時，酒店經理應承我們的退款要求，並寫了一封信給我們，叫我們跟Hotels.Com聯絡安排取消及退款事宜。我們人生路不熟，十分慌張，急忙找尋另一間酒店並入住，隨即致電給Hotels.Com作投訴及退款要求。 Hotels.Com的職員聯絡該酒店，但該經理卻反口，叫我們立即入住，是他趕我們走的，說可以退款，但當我們在別間酒店check in後投訴他 ，卻反囗叫我們即時入住，實在荒謬離譜，反口覆舌，存心欺騙，令人髮指！ 到現在事隔二十多天了，申請退款事宜仍在處理中，獲悉該酒店一直拖延沒有回復Hotels.Com。特此分享將此次痛苦經驗，希望其他旅客引以為鑑，以免再受同一折磨。」

「此酒店在当地算是最好的酒店之一了。客间还可以。但wifi则不行，基本是在酒店大堂还可以发发图片，房间则常常不行。在当地，要多准备一些10卢币给小费，印度旅游各处要小费的！」

「- Just within a 5-minutes walk to Mahabodhi temple, the hotel is located in quiet and pleasant area. Can find many restaurants, cafes and tea stalls nearby. - Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important. - Rooms are cozy and comfy, especially the cleanliness of bathroom is excellent. Thanks a lot to all the staffs at Seven Inn, see you again in the next visit.」

「Located in a quiet area (when there is no marriage ...). The hotel is really nicely furnished, sophisticated, with all comfort, good beds, hot water. I like the simple breakfast (good fruit salad). We met only Papu , he was nice and welcoming. definitely recommended.」

Staff were very attentive, courteous and eager to make us feel comfortable. Mahima ji and Reena ji in house keeping ensured room was clean and welcoming. 「Would like to have at least one item that represents the local cuisine. There were none. It is high time that hotels - at least the hotels at this price and comfort range - get rid of the little plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. and bar soap. So much wastage. We were in fact very surprised that the liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were not there. Had only one little soap bar in the whole bathroom. We were two occupants. No soap in shower.
