No cumplieron con la reserva, pedí una habitación con vista al mar y no lo tenía, reservé con camas queen y nos dijeron que ninguna habitación doble tiene camas queen cuando así tienen la opción de reservar e incluso nos dijeron que no se habían percatado de que era una reserva para 3 personas. No nos hicieron reembolso cuando pagamos extra por la cama y vista, simplemente no quisieron dar una solución más que un cambio de habitación que al final la recepcionista nos dijo que no se podría realizar. Solo comentaron que si quisiéramos una solución al final sería despertarnos temprano para hablar con el gerente. Terrible atención, las habitaciones no son malas pero la atención sí.

A fuir !

L’établissement ne correspond plus du tout aux photos de l’annonce ! Moissure, odeur d’humidité, peu de lumière, poignée rouillée… Une piscine est vide et l’autre est trouble sans filtration, et les accès sont dangereux (marches trouées, branlantes) sans parler de la terrasse en ruine ! Bref insalubre et non sécuritaire surtout avec nos filles ! Dernier petit point la télé a disparu (nous on s’en fichait mais un point négatif en plus). Nous sommes partis et attendons toujours notre remboursement et action de la part d’hôtels.com !

Es war gerade noch OK. Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Die Fenster schon ewig nicht geputzt, aber wahrscheinlich auch schwer, bei dem starken Wind mit evt Sand. Aber wir fanden auch dunkle lange Haare im Zimmer. Betten waren bequem. Wasser in der Dusche warm.

Las habitaciones son minúsculas, se inundan cuando llueve, es un lugar muy sucio y descuidado. La cafetera estaba llena de agua podrida, el lugar se vende como suite y solo son cuartos de 12 m2 con baño. Es una publicidad engañosa, solo se usa para dormir pero cobran como un hotel de 4 estrellas y son cuartos con ningún servicio. El internet no sirve y con más razón las televisiones.
