Simple, confortable et propre

Deuxième séjour dans ce petit hôtel. Expérience un peu moins bonne cette fois ci : nous avions une chambre plus petite donnant directement sur la route... Soirée et matinée bruyantes! Mise à part ce désagrément : personnel sympathique, hotel très propre, literie confortable et bon petit déjeuner.

Hôtel ancien mais agréable pour une nuit de passage, dans les hauteurs au dessus du lac de Côme, au bord d’une petite route. Chambre petite mais propre. Petit déjeuner buffet correct sans plus. Restaurant avec terrasse. Accueil agréable.

A simple but clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The room was simple but clean. It is a quiet village which was fine for us but not a lot wothin walking distance if you are looking for soemthing lively. Would reccoomend for a night or two if you are travelling around the lakes on a budget

Lovely place in the mountains above Lake Como.

A great stay with lovely and helpful staff! We arrived an hour before check-in time which posed no problem whatsoever. The lady who checked us in didn't speak a lot of English and my Italian is quite rough, so we found that Spanish worked quite well instead... The room was quite small (but why would you need a large room to sleep in?) and the top lid of the toilet seat had a tendency of closing itself... But no more negatives. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great surroundings. Comfortable bed. Really close to everything including restaurants, grocery store and the Museum of cykling. Me not even interested of cykling stayed for 90 minutes... I even did the hike up to the cross and got some wonderful views of the lake from up there. It's a fairly steep climb, but well worth it once there...

Petit hôtel tout simple à une vingtaine de minutes de Bellagio. Nous y avons mangé le soir (menu à 15€). Petit déjeuner varié. Le parking est un parking public à côté où l'on trouve de la place sans trop de difficulté

Didn't like the room I got

The hotel gave us room at 3rd floor and since there was no elevator, we carried our bags on 5 sets of stairs. As we were sweating, realized that room had no Air conditioning, and a single pedestal fan was not good enough for 3 beds, so went downstairs to talk to hotel manager. She was reluctant in giving us another fan, but eventually agreed to it. The bathroom was good size, but water pressure at 3rd floor was so low that me and my wife had to wait for a long time to finish the shower, with soap all over. My son skipped the shower. The hotel is at a good mountain location and breakfast was ok.

Charmantes Hotel

Ja, es ist etwas abgelegen in einer tollen Bergumgebung nahe des Comer Sees. Und ja, Lecco ist etwa 20 Minuten mit dem KFZ entfernt. Die Landschaft ist schön und reizvoll, das Hotel charmant, sehr sehr sauber und mit dem üblichen Komfort ausgestattet (kleiner Flachbildfernseher, supergutes WLAN). Die Zimmer ansonsten sind normal ausgestattet, leider hat mir persönlich eine Klimaanlage gefehlt, die aber, so wurde mir glaubhaft versichert, aufgrund der Berglage normalerweise nicht benötigt wird. Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch (Kirschen, Aprikosen etc) mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, Müsli, Joghurt etc. Leider keion Rührei, obwohl...eigentlich hat es nicht gefehlt. Die Betreiber sind supernett und sehr serviceorientiert. Wer aber ein Hotel der modernen Art (NH, Novotel, Holiday Inn) sucht ist hier nicht richtig. Hier geht es familiär, nah am Menschen und typisch italienisch zu. Für mich ne Wucht und selbstverständlich gerne wieder wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegend arbeiten muss. Ciao :-)

Unexpected Beauty in the heart of Ventimiglia

This was a highlight of our trip to Europe! Staying at Green Park was the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean and bright. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine. We absolutely loved every moment of staying here. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Nettes Hotel in schöner Lage zum Wandern

Nettes Hotelpersonal, die Lage ist sehr positiv für Wanderungen direkt vom Hotel und Radtouren am See - das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg. Beide Arme des Lago di Como sind in gleicher Zeit zu erreichen. In Magreglio gibt es 2 Pizzerien, die sehr gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen anbieten!

Hotel senza troppe pretese, pulitissimo e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Può essere un punto di partenza per passeggiate nella zona del Ghisallo e per pedalate verso il lago di Como o verso Milano.

Best choice in the area

We got definitelly more than we expected for the price. The room (standard double) had a nice balkony and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty (e.g. you get real cappuccino, not swill from an automatic machine). The village itself is peaceful and cozy. We would like to visit again.
